A Bogotá café with a New York feel

With an elegant palette of crisp, white paneling, wood tones, navy blue booths, and bronze accents, this ambient restaurant and café designed by Bogotá-based Studio Manrique evokes a New York City eatery. A one-time resident of NYC himself, Studio Manrique founder Alberto Manrique managed to bring back a taste of the Big Apple to his hometown of Bogotá.

Set on 90th Street in the bustling Colombian capital city, Bianca & Latte boasts warm lighting, cozy, refined decor and a counter stocked with freshly baked pastries tasty enough to tempt the most health-conscious passerby.

Upon entering the café, guests will appreciate a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner options inspired by American recipes, and a laid-back feel that lends itself to both moments of digital nomadism as well as social visits.

For those in need of some fresh air, there is a terrace in the back which is also available for reservations and private parties. studiomanrique.com

A brick wall brushed with white and blue paint, vintage-feel signage and lush palms add a youthful touch.
